"Banking Instruments"--?

Do you think Leech and Kyl would object to wagering on the net without using bank instruments. That seems to be their concern. So--I say lets bet things like Cars or computers or Race horses, Airline Tickets, etc. or for the less well/off. That would include yours truly--things like Grocery Store coupons and food merchandise or any of a multitude of thing that had no reason to ever see a bank.
I know those Republican Owned banks will be upset not to see us lesser folks using their services! But hey--They'll survive.

The banking industry wants all gambling banned.

Less gambling debts less stiffs in their industry...

Ahh Yes lander--The V-Chip! I can see it now there will be stores (not banks) to redeem our V-chips for various products. Kinda like the old "green-stamps" idea from WAY BACK. Didn't need a bank for those.

Maybe credit unions could take the place of ALL banks anyway. (Yes--the banks could be out of the picture entirely.) Why is it somehow--that I think people like Leech and Kyl would still be unhappy? They must lead very happy lives--Maybe they'll write a book someday!
